    Priority Veteran helps U.S. military veterans and their families who are experiencing homelessness or are at immediate risk of losing housing find stability and hope.

    Funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the program provides personalized, one-on-one support to connect veterans with safe, permanent housing and the resources they need to stay there.

  • Our Goal: Ensuring Stability for Homeless Veterans and Their Families

    Our mission is to help veterans and their families achieve lasting housing stability.

    Through personalized case management, veterans work side-by-side with a dedicated case manager to create a tailored Housing Stability Plan. Along the way, we connect them with vital resources including medical and mental health care, veteran benefits enrollment, job search support, financial coaching and more—so they have the tools they need to build and sustain a secure future.
